Reaver is the brand new Maxxis cover designed for Gravel competitions. Low profile tread design uses diamond knurling to reduce rolling resistance and improve grip in dusty or slippery environments. Spatula caps in groups of three provide extra grip in case of sharp braking. The side caps are spaced apart and are offset to ensure continuity when cornering. There is a groove between the side caps to allow them to flex and conform to the ground, improving traction. Reaver is ideal for riders as it is faster, lighter and even more durable than Rambler. In mixed conditions Rambler is more versatile, but if offroad speed is the number one priority, Reaver is the best choice.
